Tried watching bad movies with subtitles on and it made the whole night better
My friends and I usually just let the dialogue wash over us during bad movie night, but last Friday we turned on subtitles for the first time and caught so many dumb lines we had missed for months. We paused at least 15 times during one movie just to read the exact wording of a villain's speech, and now my group refuses to go back. Has anyone else switched to subs and found it changes the whole experience, or do you all still watch it raw?

Fifteen pauses in ONE movie is wild, how did you even finish it before sunrise? My crew would have given up and just read the script out loud instead.
