Hit 50 fence posts in one afternoon, now my back hates me

I was trying to set a new record for myself digging post holes last Saturday and actually managed 50 before the sun went down - but now I can barely straighten up enough to grab a coffee mug. Has anyone else gotten carried away with a project and paid for it the next day?
