Had a buddy who rented a BearVault and regretted it when the rental fee nearly matched buying one new.

Your buddy might've been better off just buying one and reselling it if he didn't need it long-term, @oliver_morgan, since the rental places around here mark those things up like crazy (probably to cover the bear damage they see).

Guess the only thing getting chewed up worse than that bear can was your buddy's wallet. Probably could've bought a used one that already has the bear teeth marks as a bonus.
