Saw a loose antenna mount at a private strip near Amarillo last weekend

I stopped by a small airfield outside Amarillo to help a buddy with a radio swap and noticed a Cessna with a comm antenna bracket that had almost no locktite on the bolts, just finger tight. Two of them were already backed out a quarter inch, and the cable was rubbing on the fuselage edge where the insulation had worn through. Has anyone else run into mounting hardware coming loose on older planes like this?

Three of those bolts were barely hanging on by the threads themselves.

Used to think loose bolts were rare or overblown on these, but @the_nina changed my mind with that post. Three bolts barely hanging on is a safety hazard waiting to happen. Makes me want to double check everything now before I trust a setup.
