PSA: Check your crimp die alignment before every job
Took me 4 months and 3 failed connector inspections to figure out my old crimper was slightly off center, a lead avionics inspector finally showed me the gap in 5 seconds, anyone else had a simple tool issue waste that much time?

Guessed your problem wrong huh. That inspector probably saved you a ton of rework though.
