Rant: Thought lifetime alignment plans were a scam, now I'm not so sure

I was dead set against those lifetime alignment deals for years, figured they just hook you with the low price then find ways to back out. Then a customer came in last month with a 2015 F-150 that had the sheet from a chain store showing 14 alignments over 9 years for the one flat fee... has anyone else seen these actually pay off for the customer long term?

Honestly I'd trust that F-150 before I'd trust my own lucky streak.

Hell yeah, that F-150 has seen more corner time than I have and came out clean every time. I bought one of those plans for my old Camry three years ago and it's already paid for itself twice over.
