Spent 6 hours chasing a tiny leak that turned out to be the door seal

Working on a 2018 F-150 in Phoenix and the customer kept saying water got in the cab after every car wash. I checked the sunroof drains, the windshield, even pulled the taillight before I finally noticed the rubber seal on the driver door was folded over in one spot near the bottom. That little crease was letting a stream of water run right down the inside of the pillar, took me all day to spot it because it looked fine from the outside. Anyone else find leaks that only show up when you're basically staring at the part you already dismissed?
