Heads up about those new water-based clearcoats from the big supplier
I sprayed them the old way for a week and got terrible orange peel, but after switching to a 1.3mm tip and a slower pass, the finish came out glassy, so what's your setup for these?

Try a 1.5mm tip if you're spraying a larger panel, it's a good middle ground.

What's your air pressure at? I mean grayc27 has a point on tip size but pressure matters way more with this stuff. I run a 1.4 at like 22 psi and move a bit faster than you'd think. It's all about not laying it on too wet.
