Ever watch a guy lose an argument over a $15 part? My buddy does mobile dent repair and got tired of customers swearing the damage was already there, so he started taking dated photos with a cheap scanner and printing them on the invoice. Nobody argues with paper in their hand, and that little setup has saved him way more than it cost.
