Oh man, I had a box of old copper pipe fittings like that. I sold the whole lot on Facebook for like 50 bucks to a guy who restores old houses. Felt way better than just tossing them.

Thirty seven is a lot of rods, but honestly, what's the big deal. It's just some old tools sitting in a box. They were probably cheap back then anyway. Not like finding a stack of gold bars or something. Seems like a weird thing to get worked up over.

Tell that to the guy who just spent three weekends trying to find one at a hardware store for his stupid old porch light. Some of us see a box of junk, others see the exact weird part that lets them finish a project and keep their sanity.
