Vent: That viral Bondi ice bath trend cost me a whole Saturday morning

I kept seeing those videos of people doing sunrise ice baths at Bondi and figured I'd give it a go last weekend. Got up at 5am, drove 40 minutes, stood in line for 45 minutes just to get in the water. Then the actual ice bath part was maybe 3 minutes of shivering before I gave up. Spent over 3 hours total for something that looks way quicker on TikTok. Anyone else fallen for one of these trendy Sydney wellness things that took way longer than the videos show?
