Took me 6 hours to find a parody song from 2019

Was trying to show my mate that old Aussie parody of 'Old Town Road' about the Sydney trains. Knew the chorus word for word, couldn't remember the artist name or the exact title. Scrolled through 40 pages of search results, tried every combo of lyrics I could think of. Finally found it buried in a Reddit thread from 2020 with like 12 upvotes. Anyone else lose hours tracking down an old Aussie meme that just vanished from the algorithm?

It's funny how the internet forgets stuff so fast, like the moment something stops trending it just drops off the face of the earth. I do the same thing with old cooking videos I loved, end up going down a rabbit hole for an hour just to find one that got buried. Makes you wonder how many good Aussie memes are just gone forever, sitting in some dead thread nobody visits.
