Stumbled on that giant cassowary video set at Mission Beach

I was down in Mission Beach last weekend visiting my cousin and we stopped at that little info center near the foreshore. Turns out the spot where that cassowary chased the guy on the scooter, the video with like 8 million views, is literally just behind the bakery there. Some locals told us the bird, they call him Boris, has been hanging around for years and honestly he just looks for food scraps. It blew my mind because that video felt so chaotic and random online, but seeing the actual place made it feel so normal. The bakery owner said they get people filming there every single day now. We waited about 20 minutes near the treeline and no luck, but a tour guide said Boris usually shows up around 4pm. Has anyone else gone to a viral filming location and found it way more ordinary than the video makes it seem?
