Unpopular opinion: The Hubble Ultra Deep Field isn't the most mind-blowing image from Hubble
I keep seeing people say the Ultra Deep Field is the greatest thing Hubble ever did, but I think the Pillars of Creation actually shows more detail about how stars form. I read a paper from the Space Telescope Science Institute that said the Pillars image captures star-forming activity at a resolution of 0.1 arcseconds per pixel. Has anyone else looked at the actual data comparisons between these two?

Oh man, I totally get where you're coming from. The Pillars of Creation is honestly way more striking to me too for showing the actual process.

You know what, I always thought the Hubble version was better, but this really does make more sense of it all.
