Rant: Neck pain from hours at the telescope

Forgot to stretch during my last session and now I can't move. Still waiting for the shots to process, so at least there's that.

Okay this is weird but I keep seeing this same thing everywhere now. It's like we get so into our hobbies, the astronomy or gaming or whatever, that we just forget we even have a body until it screams at us. My back is a mess from hunching over sketchbooks. We're all out here trying to do these cool, mind expanding things but our posture is stuck in the dark ages. It's a funny kind of modern problem.

Remember my buddy who got super into flight sims? He built this whole cockpit setup in his basement and would be in there for hours. One day he tried to stand up and literally couldn't straighten his neck, had to walk around staring at the floor for a week. He said his brain was flying a jet but his body was just this sad meat sack he forgot to check on. Makes you wonder if we're all just ghosts slowly ruining our own machines.
