I finally noticed the moon's color shift in my old photos

I was going through shots from March 2022 and compared them to ones I took last month from my backyard in Boise. Same camera, same lens, but the moon looks noticeably more orange now, especially near the horizon. Turns out it was wildfire smoke drifting from Canada, not my settings. Has anyone else seen this seasonal tint in their own moon shots?

Did you try shooting the same spot in winter, because that cleared up my orange tint by the next spring for sure?
