Dropped my star tracker on the driveway in Tucson and the mount head is toast
Spent 40 minutes polar aligning and my dew heater battery died at 1am, so I grabbed the whole rig to bring it in and the tripod leg pinch bolt slipped and the thing went down on the concrete, and now I'm stuck looking at a bent dovetail and no way to get the 12 shot stack I had planned. Anybody got a cheap fix or am I just eating the cost of a new mount?
