Tried applying for a job with a cover letter written by AI and got rejected in 4 hours flat
Figured I'd save time and let ChatGPT write my cover letter for a warehouse supervisor gig last Monday. Pasted my resume into it, added the job description, hit send. HR replied at 2pm saying they went with other candidates. My buddy applied for the same job with a handwritten letter and got an interview. Guess the bots can spot bot writing better than I thought. Anyone else get burned by AI job apps?
