Rant: Spent $45 on an ergonomic kneeling chair and my knees hate me now
Saw some TikTok hype about how kneeling chairs fix your posture, so I ordered one off Amazon. After three days of using it, my shins went numb and I can't sit for more than 20 minutes without my kneecaps screaming. Anyone else fall for this hipster torture device or just me?

Shins went numb" is actually more of a circulation thing, not a kneecap problem.

Yeah the "shins go numb" thing is usually blood flow getting pinched off somewhere.
