My barber asked why I floss before the haircut, then said the weirdest thing
I was sitting in the chair at a place on 5th Ave getting a trim when my barber noticed me flossing while I waited. He laughed and said, "You know most people never think about the person they're about to be face to face with for 30 minutes." That hit me weird because he was right. I started asking strangers random stuff after that, like the bus driver, my mailman, the guy at the deli counter. Turns out everybody has at least one good answer in them if you actually ask. What's the strangest thing a stranger ever said that stuck with you?
Man, that line about the person you're about to be face to face with is gonna live in my head rent free. Honestly kind of a sweet way to think about it, makes you wonder how many people we just glide past every day. Hope you keep asking folks weird stuff, sounds like it pays off.
