Just blew $500 on a 'premium' online course that was a total scam
It was a course on how to start a profitable blog, but the content was just recycled free articles from 2015. The instructor vanished after the first week and the 'private community' was a dead Facebook group. I feel like an idiot for not checking reviews more carefully. Has anyone found a legit place to learn this stuff?

Doesn't it feel like everything online is just a repackaged version of something old? I've learned more from free YouTube videos than any paid course.

Scams don't really need to be that elaborate when people will drop $500 on a promise. The "vanished instructor" is a classic tell. I just assume any paid thing that promises to teach you how to make money online is mostly just teaching the instructor how to make money off you.
