I heard a kid ask 'why do we have to remember things if we can just look it up?'

I was at the library in my town last week and a boy, maybe 10, said that to his mom. It really hit me how different asking questions is now. We used to have to find someone who knew the answer or dig through books. Now the first move is just a search bar. Does anyone else feel like the 'art' of asking a good question is getting lost?

Watched my nephew try to google "why is the sky blue" and his search was just a mess of words. He got frustrated when the first result wasn't a simple answer. The skill is totally in knowing HOW to ask, not just that you can.

Sounds like he just needs to try again.

Wait, isn't that how we all learned to ask better questions though?
