Found that replying to parking tickets by mail actually works in Pittsburgh
After 3 ignored letters to the city, I sent a plain typed note disputing a $40 ticket with a photo from my dashcam and it got cancelled in 11 days, does anyone else bother fighting small fines or just pay them?
