Folded my shirts the KonMari way, now my drawers stay shut for once

I used to just stuff shirts in and slam the drawer, no joke it took me 2 minutes to find anything. Last Saturday I tried that fold where everything stands up on its edge, like files in a cabinet. I can see every shirt at once, and the drawer actually closes without me leaning on it. Took me 3 tries to get the fold right, my hoodies still flop over. Has anyone else found a weird storage hack that just clicked after a few attempts?
