Appreciation post: The library downtown has a huge 'Ask Anything' binder at the front desk now

It's full of staff answers to random patron questions, like 'why are manhole covers round?' and 'how do I get rid of fruit flies?'. Has anyone seen something like this at their local spot?

Wow, that's such a cool way to bring back the human touch we're all missing.

Seems like a waste of staff time to me. They could be shelving books or helping people find real resources. Those questions are just internet searches now. A binder of old answers feels like clutter, not a service. Libraries should focus on what they do best.
