Tried ground-penetrating radar on my backyard, found a 1920s trash pit

Honestly, I just wanted to find where my septic line ran before planting a tree. Rented a GPR unit for $180 last Saturday and scanned a 30 by 30 foot area. Instead of pipes, the machine flagged a weird buried shape near the old fence line. Dug down about two feet and found a glass bottle dump from the 1920s, mostly medicine and soda bottles with a few intact. Has anyone else gotten an unexpected historical find from a routine home project?
