Our tree care team made it a full year without any injuries
We had a rough start last season with some near misses on big removals. Everyone agreed to take extra time for gear checks and planning each job. For example, we now use a buddy system when setting up rigging. Our lead arborist backed this up and got us new climbing ropes. It felt really good to see the calendar flip with no accidents. This win is all about trusting each other and speaking up about risks. I'm happy our crew pulled together to make it happen.

Back when I tried to get fit, having a gym buddy kept me honest more than any schedule. We'd show up even when we didn't feel like it, just because the other person was waiting. That kind of forced reliability ended up strengthening our friendship too.
