Unpopular opinion: a 78 year old customer in Tulsa made me rethink my whole repair bench setup
She watched me swap a bake element in her oven and asked why I carried my meter to the machine instead of the other way around. I told her that is just how I learned it 20 years ago, and she said her husband ran a TV shop here in Tulsa and always pulled the chassis to the bench because you drop less stuff that way. Now I am wondering how many of you work at the bench versus at the machine, and which one actually cuts your callbacks?
