The old Sandia shredding place on Menaul lost my whole client file back in 2011 and I drove there twice before anyone would even talk to me
I stood at the counter with my pickup slip while the guy kept saying the bin got picked up early, so I asked for the driver's route sheet and matched my ticket number to a truck that went to the Rio Rancho yard instead, and two days later a lady called to say my box was behind a pallet the whole time, so has anyone else had a shred company misplace a bin and did you get charged for the extra stop?
