Noticed something weird at a Home Depot in Phoenix this morning
I was picking up some wire for a residential job and saw two guys in plain clothes watching the alarm display section for almost 20 minutes. They weren't employees, just standing there taking notes on their phones. Made me wonder if they were scoping out gear or checking what systems people are buying. Has anyone else seen folks casing hardware stores like that?

Used to brush off stuff like this, thought people were just being paranoid. Then my buddy had his work van cleaned out last month, tools and all, because some guys watched him buy a new Milwaukee setup at Lowe's and followed him home. Changed my mind real quick. Those two dudes in Phoenix were probably mapping out what systems are popular or seeing if they can grab a keypad and sensors without setting anything off.
