Hit 37 panels in one week and it finally stopped feeling like luck

I used to think anyone bragging about volume was cutting corners, but last week was four days of clean installs and zero callbacks. What is your real callback rate look like when you hit a run like that?

Man, 37 in a week is solid but I gotta say I see it different. Volume does not mean corners are getting cut, sure, but four days of clean work is a small sample. Your real callback rate shows up a month or two later, not the same week. I have seen guys hit big numbers and then eat it on warranty calls later when the sealant fails or a flashing was rushed. What is your rate looking like after 90 days on those 37?
