Customer's pet parrot set off the motion sensor 7 times in one day

Got a call from a residential account last Tuesday because the alarm kept tripping for no reason. Drove 45 minutes out to find a green-cheeked conure named Mango happily flapping around the living room. The owner said they'd been at work each time and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I walked them through moving the bird cage to a different room away from the sensor. Has anyone else run into pets setting off detectors in weird ways?

Got a call once about a false alarm at this fancy bakery downtown. Showed up to find a raccoon had somehow gotten inside and was just waddling around the display case (the owner was not amused). The motion sensor kept going off every time it moved past a certain shelf. Ended up having to chase it out with a broom while the owner grabbed her phone to film it for Instagram. Never did figure out how it got in, maybe a back door left cracked for deliveries. That was a weird Tuesday.

Did the bakery actually put that video on Instagram? Would love to see a raccoon looking all judgey at some pastries lol.

Did that video ever actually make it onto the bakery's page or did the owner keep it just for her own files? Seems like the kind of thing that would either get a ton of views or just sit in her camera roll forever. I'm curious if she posted the full chase footage or just the raccoon standing there looking confused.
