Checked out a new apartment complex in Tempe and saw they used zip ties for every single wire run on the exterior.
Saw it while doing a site survey yesterday, and honestly, I'm curious if anyone else thinks that's a major UV degradation risk waiting to happen or if there's a specific outdoor-rated zip tie I'm not aware of.

Yeah, the UV thing is real. My buddy had a whole run of security cam wires drop because the ties got brittle and snapped in like 18 months. Total mess.
