Blew $150 on a cellular dialer upgrade that did nothing for my older panels

I mean it worked fine with the old POTS line but I finally switched to cellular and the new module never synced right with the controller. Anyone else have luck getting these older DSC panels to play nice with an LTE communicator?

Yeah it's like they expect you to buy a whole new panel every time.

Older tech never plays nice with new stuff, seems like every upgrade has a hitch.
