Thought my torque wrench was solid until a prop bolt almost walked off
Caught myself reusing the same clicker wrench on a Cessna prop bolt last Tuesday and the click felt soft, so I checked it against the shop's calibrator and it was reading 12 ft-lbs low. Turns out I'd been dropping it on the hangar floor for two years and never once sent it out. How often are you guys sending yours in for cal?
