Paperless job cards vs signed paper copies, which holds up in court?
Three years ago in Phoenix, a mishap on a 737 brake swap came back to bite us because the digital log got altered and the inspector wanted the original paper sign-off. I've been team paperless for speed, but that incident showed me the old way has legal weight. Anyone else face an audit or dispute where the e-version got questioned?
