Was a skeptic on air fryer chicken wings until my buddy proved me wrong
At a backyard BBQ last summer, my neighbor Dave threw frozen wings in his air fryer and they came out crispier than my deep-fried ones in 20 minutes flat. He just shrugged and said "no oil needed" and now I haven't used my deep fryer in 8 months.

Tbh 380 degrees for 18 minutes flipping halfway changed my life.

Wait hold on 380 degrees? That seems too low honestly. I do mine at 400 for like 20-22 minutes and they come out perfect every time. But 380 for 18 minutes... I mean if it works it works I guess. Dave used 375 and his came out looking like they were deep fried but actually they were a little dry on the inside. Did yours come out juicy or were they a bit dried out?
