Vent: my frozen wings kept coming out soggy until I finally figured out the one thing I was doing wrong
Took me about 8 batches over 3 weeks to realize I was crowding the basket instead of doing them in a single layer, and now they actually get crispy, has anyone else run into this or is it just me?
