Tried air frying tofu for the first time after my friend in Austin swore by it

The difference between my usual soggy baked cubes and the crispy ones after 15 minutes at 400 degrees was insane, all because I pressed the water out first. Anyone have other simple veggie tricks for the air fryer?

My friend in Portland got me doing broccoli florets with just a little oil and garlic powder. The edges get almost charred and crispy in like 10 minutes at 375, way better than steaming. Brussel sprouts cut in half work the same, they get those crunchy leaves. Honestly the key for most veggies is not crowding the basket so the air can actually get around them.

My sister's air fryer broccoli is the only reason her kids eat green vegetables now.

The holly's broccoli trick is fine but I still think people hype air fryers way too much for what they are.
