Serious question, has anyone else's air fryer turned frozen Brussels sprouts from a mushy mess into crispy little green gems in just 12 minutes?

I used to steam them for my husband (who hated them) but after one accidental air fryer test, he now asks for them twice a week, which is a change I did not see coming.

Totally agree, it's a complete game changer. The high heat gets all the little leaves super crispy, almost like little chips. I throw in some olive oil, salt, and a ton of black pepper. It completely changes the flavor from that boiled cabbage taste to something actually good. I won't cook them any other way now.

Little chips" is right... try a splash of soy sauce at the end.

Oh please, you people and your air fryer miracles. I tried it once and my kitchen smelled like a fart factory for two days. They still came out with that weird bitter taste, just now with burnt edges. Give me steamed sprouts with butter any day, at least they're predictable.
