My cousin said my air fryer chicken was dry and now I owe her an apology
My cousin Dana came by my place in Fresno two weeks ago and I served her chicken thighs from my air fryer at 400 degrees for 22 minutes. She took one bite and said, real quiet, "this is why I stopped using mine." I got kinda mad at first because I'd been making that recipe for months. Then she told me she does 375 for 15 minutes, flips them, and does 5 more, and the meat comes out way juicier. I tried it the next night and she was completely right, mine had been dry this whole time and I just never noticed. Now I'm wondering what else I've been cooking wrong this whole time. Has anyone else had a family member call out their air fryer game like that?
