My air fryer chicken was always dry till I tried this one simple thing
I kept ending up with dry chicken breasts no matter what temp I tried. After 6 tries over 2 weeks I was about to give up on my air fryer for chicken. Then I saw a tip online about brining the chicken for just 15 minutes before cooking. I threw some salt and water together and let the chicken sit for 15 minutes exactly. Now at 375 for 12 minutes I get juicy chicken every single time. Has anyone else found a quick brine helps with other meats in the air fryer?

Oh wow, 6 tries in 2 weeks sounds like a real dedication to dry chicken there, buddy.

@riley_schmidt I've heard brining for a longer time like that makes a big difference too. I read somewhere that even a 30 minute brine with some sugar added can help pork chops not dry out as fast. Might be worth a try if you're having trouble with those air fryer pork loins.
