I hit 200 air fryer chicken wings in a single weekend and my kitchen now smells like a permanent fryer
So I got this air fryer back in March mostly for frozen fries, and then my brother asked me to bring wings to his fantasy football draft party at his place in Fresno. I said sure, how many people, he goes about 15. So I figured 10 wings each, that is 150 wings, and then I added a buffer because guys at these things eat like they have not seen food in a week. I ended up cooking 200 wings in batches of 10 over two full days because my basket is small, and each batch took about 22 minutes at 380 degrees with a flip halfway. My hand cramped from tongs, I went through a whole bottle of Frank's, and my smoke alarm went off twice even though air fryers supposedly do not smoke that much. The wild part is people crushed all 200 and asked me to do it again for the next draft, and I honestly do not know if I should be proud or worried about what I have become. Does anyone here have a trick for doing big batches faster, because I am not spending another weekend flipping wings every 11 minutes?
