Finally figured out why my chicken wings were coming out soggy
After maybe 6 months of owning this air fryer I realized I was crowding the basket way too much. I was trying to cook like 20 wings at once in my 5.8 quart model and they'd steam instead of crisp. Now I do batches of 10 and pat them dry with paper towels first and the difference is night and day. Has anyone else dealt with the soggy wing problem or is it just me?

Oh man, I've been making sad steam wings for months too because I'm too impatient to do batches.

Ha, yeah I feel you @sage_ramirez42. I actually found that if you do the steam wings with a tiny knife and a damp paper towel nearby it helps control the condensation so you get cleaner edges. Took me way too long to figure out that trick lmao.
