Finally figured out the wet brine trick for air fryer chicken
I kept getting dry chicken breasts no matter what I did, tried a simple salt water brine for 30 minutes before cooking at 375 for 12 minutes and it came out juicy for the first time. Has anyone else tried brining stuff beyond just wings in the air fryer?

Brine recipes feel like they keep spreading through cooking circles like a secret handshake. I noticed it with cast iron pans too, everyone had one way to season them until someone tried the flaxseed oil method and it caught on fast. Now I see folks brining pork chops and even tofu for extra flavor, which is wild. It makes you wonder how many other kitchen hacks are hiding in plain sight, just waiting for someone to accidentally discover them.

I started wet brining pork chops last winter after a friend wouldn't stop raving about it, and honestly it changed everything about how I cook them now. It's crazy to think how long I went just dry rubbing them and wondering why they came out dry.
