Air fryer wings finally came out crispy after 4 tries
I've been trying to get air fryer chicken wings right for about a month now. Last Tuesday I finally figured out the trick - pat them dry with paper towels for a full minute before seasoning. Tossed them in baking powder and salt, then cooked at 380 for 25 minutes. Came out with that crunchy skin I was chasing. My wife even said they were better than takeout. Anyone else have a specific prep step that made air fryer wings click for them?
