Rant: Our new AI project manager is either streamlining things or making us all replaceable.
It gets tasks done fast, but I worry it's learning to do our jobs, so what's the general thought?

Where does the human purpose go if it handles all the thinking? Soon it won't just suggest, it'll make the final call.

Does it seem like the AI is helping or slowly doing your job? I always thought these tools were just aids, but your post changed my mind. It made me see that if it handles tasks like scheduling and tracking, it might learn to do more. For example, our old manager used to decide who works on what, but now the AI does that. What if it starts to judge performance too? Where do we stop it from taking over completely?
