My listing photos went from looking like a bad 90s sitcom set to something you'd see on a design blog, all because I finally tried that new AI staging tool.

I uploaded a picture of an empty, cluttered room from a house in Tempe last week, and the tool filled it with nice furniture and decor in about 30 seconds, which is way better than the old way of renting actual stuff and spending hours setting it up.

That 30 second turnaround is wild. I used a similar tool on a place in Chandler last month and it took closer to two minutes for a good render. The speed can depend on the original photo quality and how much clutter it has to remove. Still a massive upgrade from the old physical staging hustle for sure.

Imagine telling someone in 2005 we'd argue over 30 seconds versus two minutes for fake furniture. @miam75 is right about the photo quality, but honestly, we've just traded one kind of clutter for another. Now my main problem is picking which fake rug looks best.
