Man that story from @the_tara is a perfect example of how these smart devices are just waiting to embarrass us. It's like they have no sense of privacy or context. My neighbor's robot vacuum once announced it was stuck on a "personal item" while her book club was over. These things are built to collect all our data but can't figure out the basic rule of not sharing it out loud at the worst time. Makes you wonder what they're really listening for.
