I spent $400 on an AI writing tool that just copied old blog posts.

I was so excited to try it last year for my listings, but it just reworded stuff from 2018 and got flagged. It felt like a total waste and made me go back to writing my own descriptions. Has anyone found an AI tool that actually makes fresh, helpful content for real estate?

My friend had the same thing happen with a tool for her bakery website. It kept spitting out stuff about "artisanal delights" that was clearly copied from a 2015 food blog. She ended up with a paragraph that mentioned a type of bread she doesn't even sell. Wasn't that just a mess?

Did she ever figure out why it pulled that old blog stuff? It sounds like the tool was just grabbing random text instead of making new things. That kind of mistake makes the whole site look bad.

Our local gym's site had three paragraphs about CrossFit we've never offered.
